OUR MISSION
Community Connections Free Clinic is a community-based, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is:
To provide basic health care for those who cannot afford or access medical services in Iowa County and surrounding areas.
CCFC’s guiding principle is that, together, we can eliminate the obstacles to health care in our community, one patient at a time.
We are open Tuesday and Thursday Evenings from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Once again, we are asking for your support of the Community Connections Free Clinic. Join us for our Spring Auction on April 27th at the Deer Valley Lodge. We are trying to fill the wide gap in access to care that still exists in our community.
